@DAIS: As a member of the CIS accreditation and IB authorization teams, I provided guidance and mentorship to teachers implementing best pedagogical approaches. I played a key role in staff recruitment, fostering a dynamic team. I facilitated interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance learning and authored inquiry-based learning curriculum to boost student engagement. I led curriculum development encompassing Performing & Visual Arts and implement standards based alignment. Mentored students to gain admission to top universities like Parsons, SCAD, RISD, and UAL through successful portfolio development.

Additionally, I expertly communicated sensitive matters with parents and administration, coordinated extracurricular activities, and authored MYP curriculum for successful IB authorization.

@ Almaty International School: I led Art I, Art II, AP Art, and Photography classes. I oversaw 2D and 3D projects and created lessons based on Mastery Learning methods. I differentiated instruction based on students' abilities and led them through the critique process. Additionally, I expanded interdisciplinary projects through collaboration with other departments.
